ABOUT CARA HARDING
Cara Harding received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Boston College in 1987. She graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1991. Attorney Harding began her legal career as a Family Law Attorney at Piedmont Legal Services in Spartanburg, South Carolina. In 1994, she relocated to her home state of Massachusetts and has had her own practice since then.
Cara Harding has almost thirty years experience as a Family Law Attorney. Cara is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association and the Barnstable County Bar Association. Ms. Harding currently volunteers through the Lawyer of the Day Program at the Barnstable County Probate and Family Court. She has also served on the Pro Bono, Family Law, and Law Day Committees of the Barnstable County Bar Association. Specializing in divorce litigation since 1992, Attorney Harding began drafting QDROs as part of her comprehensive divorce practice. Since 2017, she has been working exclusively preparing these complex legal documents. Because her practice is so specialized, she can get them done quickly and efficiently.
Attorney Harding has always specialized in Family Law. Since 2017, she has further specialized in preparing Qualified Domestic Relations Orders. Because she no longer has the demands and distractions of litigation, she is able to streamline the process and get your QDRO done.
